Lucas Thatcher has always been my enemy.

It’s been a decade since I’ve seen him, but our years on opposite coasts were less of a lasting peace and more of a temporary cease-fire. Now that we’re both back in our small town, I know Lucas expects the same old war, but I’ve changed since high school—and from the looks of it, so has he.

The arrogant boy who was my teenage rival is now a chiseled doctor armed with intimidating good looks. He is Lucas Thatcher 2.0, the new and improved version I’ll be competing with in the workplace instead of the schoolyard.

I’m not worried; I’m a doctor now too, board-certified and sexy in a white coat. It almost feels like winning will be too easy—until Lucas unveils a tactic neither of us has ever used before: sexual warfare.

The day he pushes me up against the wall and presses his lips to mine, I can’t help but wonder if he’s filling me with passion or poison. Every fleeting touch is perfect torture. With every stolen kiss, my walls crumble a little more. After all this time, Lucas knows exactly how to strip me of my defenses, but I’m in no hurry to surrender.

Knowing thy enemy has never felt so good.

Warning: Reading Anything You Can Do may cause extreme laughter, rapid heart rate, a spike in temperature and a permanent case of the swoons. Do not read while consuming a beverage, as your reading device may be at risk. Please consult R.S. Grey if the book hangover you experience lasts more than a week.

Seriously though…

When Daisy Bell heads back to her small hometown after being away for 11 years, she has one goal in mind: to finally get her own practice. Her dreams crushed when she discovers she isn’t the only one with that goal- the oil to her water, Lucas Thatcher, has that very same one.

Okay, fine. Daisy can handle working with Lucas. They are grown up after all. Daisy can remain professional, even though she still hates Lucas.

And she does still hate him.

Who cares if his nickname should Mc’Too sexy for his own good. Or that he’s actually a decent human when he’s not trying to destroy her. Or that she can’t stop thinking about his kisses.

That practice is all hers….

Anything You Can Do is the epitome of romantic comedy, and should be made into a movie, pronto. I have zero complaints about it.

Lucas Thatcher is what book boyfriends are made of. He’s sexy, charming, intelligent and he delivers all the feels. He is the kind of guy that sweeps you off your feet before you even realize it’s happening. While the book is from Daisy’s POV, we do get a glimpse inside Lucas’ thoughts in a really clever way. It had me absolutely swooning.

Daisy is my new favorite heroine. She’s gorgeous and intelligent. Her inner dialogue is utterly fantastic. She’s quirky and fun, and I connected to her from the very first page. Her battle between her heart and brain felt so real and perfectly paced. Her little gimmicks nearly made me spit diet Pepsi all over my kindle.

And the two of them together? Ughhh. It’s hard to even put into words. There was fun banter. Moments of sexual tension that gave me legit butterflies in my stomach. Sweet, romantic moments that had me grinning like a fool. Everything about the two of them together felt so genuine. The chemistry was off the charts.

I’m a huge fan of R.S. Grey, and this book still blew me away. Flawless writing and amazing dialogue. The perfect mixture of romance and comedy, in such an effortless way. Such a feel good read; I laughed out loud more time than I can count and had my heat skip a beat. It was a quick read, but that might be due to the fact I couldn’t put it down once I started.

You will regret not 1-clicking this book asap!!!

I am a lover of books, chocolate, reality TV, black labs, and cold weather. Seriously, if I had it my way I would be curled up on the couch with all of those things… everyday.

I live in Texas where I spend my free time writing and reading. My favorite authors are Mindy Kaling & Jonathan Safran Foer. I’m a comedy geek and love all things “funny”. Women like Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and Mindy Kaling are definitely the biggest inspirations for my writing, though I think my work tends to skew a bit smuttier than theirs.
